1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account with 8jili, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with our platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the 8jili platform and refrain from creating an account.

• Single Account: You must not have an existing active account with 8jili. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

8jili reserves the right to request documentation verifying your age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must immediately notify 8jili customer support if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 8jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Maintaining multiple accounts under the same or different names
• Allowing third parties to access or use your account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the account for any commercial or non-personal purposes
• Engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unfair gaming practices
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place wagers or manipulate games

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your 8jili account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

8jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to provide required verification documentation
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Prolonged account inactivity
• Request by regulatory authorities or law enforcement

In the event of account closure, you may request withdrawal of your remaining balance, subject to verification and compliance with all applicable terms. 8jili reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance may be closed immediately, while accounts with funds require withdrawal processing before final closure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the 8jili platform are the property of 8jili, our licensors, or game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform except as incidental to normal web browsing. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

8jili's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive termination of these Terms and your use of the platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 8jili, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, costs, claims, and liabilities arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account
• Any claim that your use of the platform caused damage to a third party

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 8jili platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 8jili customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We are committed to working with players to resolve issues fairly and efficiently.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
